A favorite wintering site of the rich and famous. It is officially the sunniest spot in Europe. An island ringed by blue seas on the east and west. Near the Medieval Rhodes Town, is the sought after resort of Lydia. Here, the Gamberetti family has planned a birthday to surpass all birthdays for old man Gamberetti, The elder member and "Don" of the Gamberetti family. The old man, Gino, who is 61 today has been in ill health and shows the beginnings of senility. It could be the last birthday that he remembers.

Family and friends have traveled first by steam ship, and then by seaplane to enjoy a week of Greek sun and hospitality before the return trip to New York.

The old man, Gino, has been having a wonderful time lying on the beach all day and flirting with all the young girls. Tonight, lights are twinkling, the wine is flowing and the music is rhythmically swaying on the breeze. The smell of garlic and herbs is everywhere as the feast is being prepared.

Could it be that on such a happy and special occasion, something sinister is being planned? Has someone travled such a long distance just to put fear in the hearts of those looking for peace? We shall find out.

You are one of the Gamberetti family's guests staying at Hotel Lydia. The party is commencing on the patio outside of the restaurant. Come dressed in the latest 1930's fashion and don't be late as the party waits for no one.
